Returns and Refund Policy

When you purchase goods from us, the purchase will be subject to certain laws including the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”). The ACL gives you certain rights that cannot be excluded such as that the goods are of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose and are in accordance with any applicable description.

We want you to feel good about your gear. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to help.


30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

This applies to:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with tags and in its original packaging
  • free from marks, stains, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping organisation and costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund or exchange for the value of the returned item.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we will arrange either:

  • a replacement item, or
  • full refund

at no cost to you.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping carrier.

If the carrier confirms the parcel has been lost, we will arrange either:

  • a replacement, or
  • a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • worn or washed items
  • items not in original condition
  • final sale items (where clearly marked)

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved (for damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost items), it will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
