Shipping Policy
We work with trusted partners to print and ship your gear as soon as your order is placed. Each item is printed to order to reduce waste and ensure quality.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days.
During busy periods, product launches or holidays, processing times may occasionally take slightly longer.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping – Australia
Australian orders are printed and shipped locally by our fulfilment partner.
Estimated delivery time:
7 - 10 business days after order placement.
Shipping costs are included, unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this time, The Cassette Crew is unable to offer international shipping and only fulfils orders within Australia.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery progress.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once the parcel has been dispatched.
Delays
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes above, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to:
- postal carrier delays
- weather disruptions
- customs processing
- peak shipping periods
These factors are outside of our control, but we will always assist where possible if issues arise.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to intercept the shipment.
Additional shipping costs may apply if an order must be resent.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please first check:
- around your delivery location
- with neighbours or household members
- with your local postal carrier
If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
